Do I need to get a photo inspection of my car if it's brand new?
No, you only need to bring in a copy of the bill of sale & window sticker.  If the car is used and you are requesting comp & collision coverage, then you would need to get the photo inspection.

If a tree in my yard falls on my neighbors house, am I responsible?
No.  Your neighbor's homeowners policy would pay for the damages.  If you were cutting the tree down & it fell on your neighbors house, then you would be responsible.

How can I reduce the cost of flood insurance if my house is in a flood zone?
An elevation certificate may help you reduce your flood insurance premiums.  Contact your local insurance agent for details.

If I let someone drive my car and they get into an accident, is it covered?
Yes.  As long as you give the driver permission to use your car, they are covered under your policy.

How long does an accident/ticket stay on my record?
Most companies surcharge violations & accidents for a period of 40 monthes.  If you have a DWI, the same applies but it remains on your record for 10 years.
